GoAbroad Blog of the WeekIt’s Friday — and time for GoAbroad’s Blog of the Week! This week’s selection is:

Atlas Sliced

If you’re ready to launch your life abroad, you’re going to love this week’s Blog of the Week, Atlas Sliced. This blog comes to readers from world traveler, Alexa Hart. Unique from other travel blogs, Atlas Sliced is a travel web show that serves up advice on how to live and work abroad long-term. As Alexa notes on the blog, “the goal of the interview-based show is to inspire, inform/educate, and motivate people to take action to fulfill their own travel dreams.” With a mission like that, we can’t help but love it. We’re also pretty sure this web show will offer all the inspiration you need to make your own travel dreams a reality!

Atlas Sliced

Why We Love It

One of our favorite parts to Atlas Sliced is that any type of traveler can relate to the interviews Alexa hosts. Her interviewees include everyone from “career breakers” to volunteers, English teachers, journalists, experts on air fare, dive instructors and every other type of traveler you can think of! With this kind of variety, there’s no doubt you’ll end up returning again and again to explore the resources of Atlas Sliced. The fact that these resources are presented through video is also an added benefit – whether you want to listen on the go, or watch them from your computer/mobile device, this web show is perfect for modern travelers.

Alexa also offers this piece of advice: “If you’re interested in becoming a global citizen or learning about interesting citizens of the world, Atlas Sliced is for you. There are so many creative and interesting people out there who have great stories and advice, and I want to share their knowledge with the world, one slice at a time!” If you’re lucky, she just may end up interviewing YOU next!

Check out Atlas Sliced for the latest “slices” and explore GoAbroad.com for thousands of study abroad opportunities!
